In Genshin Impact, Collei is a 4-star Dendro Bow Character. It's likely that she'll play a supporting role, off-screen, facilitating Dendro reactions to other characters. Due to a special event in Genshin Impact 3.0, players will be able to get her at no cost.
You may expect to see a comprehensive Genshin Impact Collei guide from here.
1. Collei Skill Set Overview
Collei has a very standard set of abilities; she is the Dendro beginning character, after all. Her ability and burst each inflict many occurrences of Dendro damage, making them excellent response tools.
Players should prioritize Collei's burst and maxing his skill talents above his usual attack, as she is a support/sub DPS.
Normal Attack
Elemental Skill: Floral Brush
Creates a Floral Ring that may be thrown at enemies, dealing 1 point of Dendro damage to them. After a certain amount of time has passed, the Floral Ring will appear again, delivering Dendro DMG. There will be a break for 12 seconds.
Elemental Burst: Trump-Card Kitty
Tosses the doll called Cuilein-Anbar, setting off an explosion that delivers area-of-effect Dendro DMG. Within this area, the cat doll will ricochet and deliver area-of-effect Dendro DMG.
The effect lasts for 6 seconds, has a cooldown time of 15, and costs 60 energy.
Passive Talents
- Gliding Champion of Sumeru: Decreases gliding Stamina consumption for your own party members by 20%. Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.
- Floral Sidewinder: If one of your party members has triggered Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before the Floral Ring returns, it will grant the character the Sprout effect upon return, which will continuously deal Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3s. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed. This means this effect does not stack.
- The Languid Wood: When a character within the Cuilein-Anbar Zone triggers Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Zone's duration will be increased by 1s. A single Trump-Card Kitty can be extended by up to 3s.
2. Genshin Impact Collei Build
Collei's main advantages are listed below.
- Uses Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst with ease, allowing her to effectively deploy Dendro.
- She's easy to utilize and doesn't cause any conflicts with other characters, thus she's a good fit for most team compositions.
- She is simple to construct due to the fact that her ATK scales off in both her support and damaging abilities.
Best 5-Star weapons for Collei
- Elegy For The End: The best weapon for Support/Sub DPS Collei as she can trigger the skill easily with her Burst while staying off-field.
Best F2p weapon for Collei
- The Stringless: Decent, entirely unconditional option. Use this for a hassle-free experience if nothing else is available.
- Favonius Warbow: Stock support option that gives Collei ER for consistent Burst.
- Sacrificial Bow: Same as favonius
Best artifact sets for Collei
Collei, who uses EM to deal Dendro damage, will find the new Sumeru artifact sets to be an excellent fit. Until then, the Wanderer's Troupe x4 is available.
Best Stats:
- ATK%/Dendro DMG/CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG
Gilded Dreams
- 2-Piece: Elemental Mastery +80.
- 4-Piece: Within 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, The wearer of this item will get advantages relative to their allies, based on their Elemental Type. The party's ATK is raised by 14% for every member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, while the party's Elemental Mastery is raised by 50 for every member whose Elemental Type is different from the equipping character. Three characters can be used for each of the aforementioned benefits. There is a once-every-8-seconds trigger for this effect. When equipped, the character can activate its effects even when they aren't physically present on the field.
Deepwood Memories
- 2-Piece: Dendro DMG Bonus +15%.
- 4-Piece: After Elemental Skills or Bursts hit opponents, Dendro RES reduction on the targets is 30% for 8s. Even if the character that equips the item isn't currently in play, the effect will still go into effect.
3. Best Collei Team Comps
The easiest Collei team comp would have her supporting Tighnari in triggering Catalyze -> Spread (Dendro + Electro + Dendro/Electro) to deal Dendro damage continuously.
Collei Catalyze - Spread team
- Tighnari + Fischl/Yae Miko/Kuki Shinobu + Kazuha/Sucrose + Collei
Spread grants an additional damage bonus to Tighnari, making him the primary damage dealer. Add an Electro Enabler to Tighnari and Collei to activate Catalyze.
As the Enabler, Collei will ensure that Quicken and Spread are always running. Because of Fischl's constant Electro damage, she and him will make a good team.
It's up to the player to decide whether to put Kazuha or Sucrose in the final spot to gain the additional EM. While Bennett can initiate Burning/Overload, Zhongli can give shield.
Collei F2P team
- Collei + Dendro Traveler + Xingqiu + Fischl/Xiangling
Dendro characters and Xingqiu's Hydro help players focus on starting the Bloom reaction. After that, players can use their support from their roster to activate either Hyperbloom or Burgeon.
For this squad, Collei or Dendro Traveler would be the primary direct damage specialist.
