Aniimo Announces Second Beta Test for Early 2026, Sign-Ups Open for iOS and PC
Kingsglory, a subsidiary of FunPlus, has officially announced the second closed beta test (CBT) for its upcoming creature-catching ARPG Aniimo, scheduled for early 2026. First revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase, the game recently ran an iOS technical test in November for players in the United States. Now, global sign-ups for the new CBT are live for both iOS and PC users.
New Aniimo, Features, and Game Modes Arriving in the Next CBT
Aniimo is nearing its full launch in 2026, and this new beta brings even more content to experience. For newcomers, Aniimo is an open-world creature-catching RPG where players explore the mystical world of Idyll. In this world, you can collect various creatures known as Aniimo and even merge with them through the Twining mechanic to transform into powerful new forms.
The latest trailer shown at The Game Awards revealed several new Aniimo, including Fentuft, Momand, and Cubbo—the boss Aniimo of a fresh area on Idyll’s expanding map. Players will get a chance to transform into these creatures during the beta.
Homeland Building, Resource Gathering, and Egg Heist Mode
The upcoming beta also expands on key gameplay systems. With the Homeland feature, you can build, customize, and upgrade your personal base using Aniimo abilities. You’ll gather resources through RV units at campsite zones, turning your homeland into a fun mix of farming, management, and amusement-park-style activities for your Aniimo.
Another highlight is the new Egg Heist competition mode, which adds a playful challenge for players who enjoy fast-paced, strategic minigames.
How to Sign Up for the Aniimo Second Closed Beta Test
The second CBT is a limited-time data-wipe test allowing cross-progression between iOS and PC—provided you gain access via TestFlight for iOS. PC access will be handled separately. Players are reminded to uninstall the previous test version before joining this beta.

- Complete the invitation survey.
- Provide your consent to participate.
